When nominating a preference for a nursing or midwifery undergraduate program through QTAC, students nominate a clinical school.
 
Students nominating the UQ/Mater South Brisbane clinical school will undertake all problem based learning (PBL) and clinical skills at the UQ/Mater South Brisbane clinical school, and attend lectures at theTranslational Research Institute (TRI). Clinical practice is undertaken in the Mater South Brisbane Hospitals
 
To nominate the UQ/Mater Clinical School South Brisbane, the following QTAC codes will apply:
  • 728502 Bachelor of Nursing
  • 728402 Bachelor of Midwifery
  • 728602 Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery Dual Degree
